The Bourn Vincent Memorial Park is a National Park. There is no general rate for Park workers. Wages and conditions of employment are determined from time to time by reference to those obtaining in comparable local employment. The main body of workers in the Bourn Vincent Memorial Park are engaged in agriculture and their wages are varied in accordance with changes in the local agricultural rate.
