I want to draw the Minister's attention to the fact, in case it escaped his notice, that this is a very dangerous point on this road and that there are literally many hundreds, if not thousands, of children who have to cross this road each day and it is suggested that the best possible method of ensuring their safety would be hand-operated traffic signals.
