asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries the amount of money paid to farmers for milk by the two creameries in County Monaghan in the years 1956 and 1967 respectively.

The total amounts paid to farmers for milk including payments for skim milk by the two creamery societies in County Monaghan in the years 1956 and 1967 were as follows:

1956—

1967—

£1,478,830

Is it not wonderful what an election does for a backbencher in Fianna Fáil?

It is wonderful what good Government does. Even the cows milk better as you can see.
