asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state with regard to each year since 1960 (a) the total amount collected in the road fund, (b) the amount allocated out of the road fund to local authorities, and (c) the amount retained by the central authority.

As the reply is in the form of a tabular statement I propose, with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, to circulate it with the Official Report.
