Vol. 245 No. 8

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin Hospital Beds.

3.

asked the Minister for Health if he will state, in the case of each of the hospitals under the control of the Dublin Health Authority, the number of patient beds which were not in use by patients for a period of two weeks or more as at 31st March, 1970, and, in each case, the length of time for which the bed was not in use and the reason for such lack of use, whether shortage of hospital staff or otherwise.

I have asked the Dublin Health Authority for this information and if the Deputy would repeat his question in about a fortnight, I would hope to be in a position to provide the information.
