Vol. 251 No. 3

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: No. 14, Votes 43 (resumed), 43 and 44 from after Questions until 6 p.m., and then No. 15 at 7.30 p.m. It is proposed to take Private Members' Business from 6 p.m. to 7.30 p.m., No. 28 on the Order Paper, by agreement.

(Cavan): On the Order of Business, can the Taoiseach or the Minister for Justice tell us when it is proposed to circulate the Landlord and Tenant Bill, 1970, No. 36 on the Order Paper?

I am afraid it will be a month more. It is a long Bill and some sections, which are very complex, will have to be looked at.

(Cavan): The Minister told us it would be circulated after Christmas.

I apologise to the House. The Bill has about 150 sections, some of which are very complex.
