Vol. 254 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Disability Allowance Application.

21.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare when a decision will be available on the appeal of a person (name supplied) in County Limerick in connection with disability allowance.

Payment of disability on the claim of the person named in the question, which had been suspended following the report of a medical referee examination, has been resumed as a second medical referee examination indicated that he is still incapable of work. All benefit due to the claimant has been paid.
