asked the Minister for Transport and Power if McKinsey & Co. have now completed their investigations into the affairs of CIE; and, if so, if he will state (a) the fees paid to or earned by the firm, (b) the expenses paid to or claimed by the firm, (c) the total time taken for the survey, (d) the number of McKinsey staff engaged on the survey, (e) if the number of staff varied, the highest and lowest numbers and (f) if he will make their report available.
