I understand from the National Building Agency that it was necessary for them to terminate two successive contracts for these two houses. After repeated advertisements for tenders, they succeeded in arranging a further contract with another builder. There was some further delay because this builder had other work on hands but the agency are pressing the contractor to start work on the houses as soon as possible.
