No additional staff have been appointed to my Department since 15th March, 1973. Five vacancies arising in posts have been filled in the period following selection by the Civil Service Commission while three officers resigned, two to take up employment elsewhere and one on reaching the age limit. There are no staff in my Department employed on public relations duties.
