asked the Minister for Lands when it is proposed to divide the O'Dwyer estate, Foilaclug, Hollyford, County Tipperary.

asked the Minister for Lands when it is proposed to divide the McLoughlin estate, Birchgrove, Hollyford, County Tipperary.

(Cavan): With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 31 and 32 together.

Pending completion of the necessary inquiries on the ground it is not possible to say when the allotment of these two holdings will take place. Every effort will, however, be made to include them in the 1974-75 allotment programme.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state in respect of those farms which are in hands in South Tipperary (a) when it is proposed to divide them and (b) how long they have been in the possession of the Land Commission.

Note: It is not possible at present to indicate when the individual Estates mentioned will be divided but there will be no avoidable delay. the necessary local inquiries preliminary to allotment are being pushed forward as rapidly as circumstances permit.
