A grant was sanctioned in August, 1973, towards the cost of an improvement scheme at Pullough National School, Offaly. The manager subsequently requested that additional accommodation be also provided and my Department's district inspector has been requested to report on this matter. The improvement scheme will be implemented in conjunction with the provision of any additional accommodation that is considered necessary. In the meantime the Office of Public Works has been asked to advise the manager regarding any urgent repair works at the school.
