The question of imposing a built-up area or special speed limit on roads at O'Callaghan's Mills will be considered in the course of the next review of speed limits in County Clare.
Can the Minister say when he expects this review will take place?
No, but I expect it will be within 12 months. No representations were received in respect of a speed limit for O'Callaghan's Mills. For that reason it was not inspected in 1971. Since the making of the 1971 regulations representations were received once for a speed limit in the village. As a result of the Deputy raising the matter this question now comes up for discussion.
