Vol. 274 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - High Court Probate Office.

40.

asked the Minister for Justice if he has any plans to improve the services sought by citizens at the High Court Probate Office, Dublin.

Mr. R. Burke

I am satisfied that the Probate Office is already providing a good service to the public. However, in an effort to make a good service even better, arrangements have been in train for some months past to improve the staffing structure of the office. I expect that these arrangements will be completed very shortly.

Would the Minister please indicate the extent of the waiting list in respect of this service?

Mr. R. Burke

If the Deputy will ask a specific question I am sure he will get that information.
