asked the Minister for Lands when the Flynn estate, Corrbala, Ballina, County Mayo, will be divided.

Cavan): Re-sale proposals for the division of the property referred to are not being finalised pending the outcome of proceedings for the acquisition of other lands in the locality. The Land Commission are anxious to obtain further land so that a more effective composite scheme for the improvement of small holdings in the area can be carried out.

asked the Minister for Lands when the Reilly estate, Brandra, Crossmolina, County Mayo, will be divided.

asked the Minister for Lands when division of the Gaughan estate, Streamstown, Kincon, Ballina, County Mayo, will take place.

Cavan): With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 377 and 378 together. I understand that proposals for the division of the two properties referred to are at present being formulated and it is hoped that allocation of the lands will be effected during the 1974-75 allotment season.

asked the Minister for Lands when the Neary estate, Currower, Ballina, County Mayo, will be divided.

Cavan): The Land Commission have reached agreement on price for the voluntary purchase of this property without prejudice to the proceedings for compulsory acquisition which had been instituted. Possession of the lands has not yet passed to the Land Commission and it is not possible to indicate at this stage when allotment can take place.

asked the Minister for Lands when the O'Neill estate, Clooneen, Bohola, County Mayo, will be divided.

Cavan): Composite re-sale proposals are at present being prepared for the holding referred to and two other properties on hands of the Land Commission in the locality aggregating some 135 acres. It is hoped to allot the lands next spring.
