The final section of the design of this scheme was recently received by my Department and is at present being examined. If the design is in order, it will be submitted to Cork County Council for formal approval. When formal approval is received, the group will be advised to seek quotations for the necessary materials and carrying out of the work in order that firm costings may be determined and the appropriate grants allocated.
