The person named, who is 18 years of age, made an application for a qualification certificate on 2nd December, 1974. On the same date a provisional application for unemployment assistance was accepted to enable him to furnish evidence of unemployment pending the outcome of necessary investigation of his weekly means. Following completion of the investigation a qualification certificate has now been granted and the arrears of unemployment assistance due are being paid.
