A payment in respect of the amount of pay-related benefit for the period from 20th November, 1974, to 5th April, 1975, has been made to the person referred to by the Deputy. His entitlement to pay-related benefit then ceased as following the general increases in the rates of benefit the weekly rate of his flat rate benefit exceeded his reckonable weekly earnings.
