Vol. 288 No. 1

Written Answers. - Wandering Animals.

71.

asked the Minister for Local Government the proposals he has to introduce legislation to strengthen the law to protect the settled community from the wandering animals of itinerants and roadside traders.

I have no such proposals at present. In so far as roads law and road traffic law are concerned, any appropriate amendments in regard to this subject will be considered in any future general review of such law.
