The negotiations in regard to the petroleum exploration licence which is to include the Kish Bank have not yet been concluded.
Will the Minister ensure that this matter is expedited and that the necessary information in regard to further development is acquired? This is a very important area which has been in the news in recent times and it should be given priority.
I am concerned that the Kish should be explored as quickly as possible and that has been my object in the course of the negotiations.
Have there been any hitches so far?
No. I expect an early conclusion. The only things to be cleared are matters on which the lawyers are engaged.
