The acceptance by the National Building Agency of a tender for the first phase of this project, including 36 dwellings, was approved by me on 2nd February, 1976. The date of commencement of work on the scheme is a matter for the National Building Agency, Dublin Corporation, for whom the scheme is being provided, and the contractors. I do not know when the work is scheduled to be started but I expect it will be in the near future.
