The National Manpower Service of my Department have been carrying out a survey of 1975 second level school leavers. Of the 850 or so second level institutions throughout the country, approximately 90 per cent have now returned questionnaires.
The processing of returns for analysis is well under way. I expect that preliminary results, including the information referred to by the Deputy, will be available before the end of April.
