Commemorative and other special stamps will be issued this year on the following subjects:—
100th anniversary of (a) the National Library, and (b) the National Museum.
Europa ‘Contemporary Irish Art' Scouting.
50th aniversary of (a) the Electricity Supply Board (b) the Agricultural Credit Corporation (c) greyhound track racing in Ireland and (d) the Folklore of Ireland Society
1,100th anniversary of the death of Johannes Scottus Eriugena and lastly Christmas.
