The planning of the new school for Bray Vocational Education Committee is at a relatively early stage, the committee being at present engaged in the preparation of an outline sketch scheme. I am, therefore, unable to say when construction work will commence.

asked the Minister for Education the present position with regard to the development of the national school at Ashford, County Wicklow.
My Department has sanctioned a grant towards the cost of carrying out a scheme of enlargement at Ashford national school. It has since been found desirable to make certain changes in the plans and these are still under consideration.
