Inheritance counselling will be a function of the reorganised agricultural training and advisory service which will result from the amendments to the National Agricultural Advisory, Education and Research Authority Act and the Minister is preparing these at present.
When will they be introduced?
There is no time limit but I understand they are being prepared at present.
Will it be before Christmas?
I would hope so.
