My Department have under consideration an application from Clarinbridge Oyster Co-operative Society Limited for an oyster fishery order under the F solidation) Act, 1959, with a view to the improvement and better management of the Clarinbridge oyster fishery. As this fishery is fished extensively by the public, complex legal problems have arisen in connection with the making of the proposed order. Every effort is being made to have these solved as quickly as possible.
