asked the Minister for Agriculture the Land Commission proposals for land division in County Tipperary South Riding and North Riding, and County Waterford in 1979, and the size and location of each property involved.
With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 253 and 254 together. The information requested is set out in a tabular statement which, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, will be circulated with the Official Report. It is hoped that in the cases marked with an asterisk proposals for allotment can be formulated to permit allocation of the lands in the current year.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if the Land Commission proposals for land division in County Tipperary North and South Riding and County Waterford sanctioned in 1978 have been fully implemented and if not, what part of the proposals remains to be implemented.
All lands sanctioned by the land Commissioners in 1978 for allotment in County Tipperary (North and South Riding) and in County Waterford have been allotted, with the exception of one plot refused by the approved allottee and a holding on which development work is necessary prior to allocation.
