I have no knowledge of the developments in the USA to which reference is made in the question but I am having urgent inquiries made in the matter. Pending the outcome of these inquiries I am not in a position to deal with the other aspects of the Deputy's question.
I would welcome any additional information the Deputy may be able to give me on the matters mentioned in the question, as this would help the inquiries I am making.
