As I stated in reply to Questions on 15 November (Dáil debates Volume 316, No. 11, columns 1852-1854) I hope to bring my proposals in relation to the recommendations in question before the Government in the near future. I cannot, of course, anticipate the decisions of the Government in the matter but, if the Government approve of the drafting of legislation, it will be prepared as soon as possible and published in the normal way.
