There are no proposals with my Department for the provision of mooring facilities at Ballycotton. The Commissioners of Public Works have, however, been requested by the Department of Fisheries and Forestry for engineering advice on a proposal for the provision of a slipway and powered winch and they hope to provide this advice shortly.
