asked the Minister for the Environment if he has received a request from Dublin County Council for sanction for the acquisition of a derelict dwelling at Clonkeen Road, Deansgrange, County Dublin, and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Dublin County Council have applied for my consent to the compulsory acquisition of a site at 29 Clonkeen Road, Deansgrange, in accordance with the the provisions of the Derelict Sites Act, 1961. The matter is being examined and there will be no avoidable delay in making a decision.
