With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 207 and 208 together. A bill of quantities has been prepared in this case and the question of authorisation for the invitation of tenders will be considered in due course. It is not possible to indicate at this stage when a contract may be placed or when building work may commence.
