Three schemes amending the Bord na Móna Regular Works and General Employees Superannuation Scheme were approved by me on 3 April 1980. These were as follows:
—Turf Development Act, 1953 (General Employees) Superannuation (Amendment) (No. 10) Scheme, 1980.
—Turf Development Act, 1953 (General Employees) Superannuation (Amendment) (No. 11) Scheme, 1980.
—Turf Development Act, 1953 (Regular Works Employees) Superannuation (Amendment) Scheme, 1980.
The full texts of the amending schemes will be sent to the Deputy.
The schemes were exempted from publication pursuant to section 2(3) of the Statutory Instruments Act, 1947, because of their limited application.
The exemptions were published in Iris Oifigiuil on 4 April 1980.
