Under devolved procedures it is a matter for each housing authority to plan and initiate any scheme of 60 houses or less having regard to the priority of housing needs in their functional area and the capital resources available to them. I understand from Cork (South) County Council that they intend to start work on the Enniskeane scheme shortly.
