The applicant in this case has been requested to submit a site location map and have a form SL4 completed by his inspector of taxes. On their receipt his application will be processed further.

A grant cannot be allowed in this case because, contrary to a qualifying condition of the scheme, the work had commenced before an inspection of the house was carried out. The applicant was so informed on 22 December 1981.
