asked the Minister for Finance when a tax rebate will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.

: I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer submitted a claim to repayment of tax on the grounds of unemployment on 3 December, 1982. To enable the claim to be processed, a return of income was required by the inspector of taxes and the relevant form was issued to the taxpayer on 7 December, but the completed form has not yet been submitted. A reminder has now issued and, on receipt of the form, duly completed, any refund due will be made without delay.
