: The total expenditure on the Howth Harbour development to 31 December 1982 was £8,526,500. Of the £1.2 million provided for 1983 £161,547 was required to meet accounts in respect of work carried out in 1982. In addition to the £1.2 million provided for 1983 it is estimated that a further £1 million will be required to complete the scheme which is expected to be completely finished by the end of 1984.
