asked the Minister for Finance the plans he has to repair the new pier at Moville, County Donegal.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 9 and 10 together.
I am aware that part of the pier at Moville collapsed in December 1980. Under the terms of an agreement made in 1973 between the Commissioners of Public Works and the Derry Port and Harbour Commissioners, the harbour commissioners are responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the pier. The Commissioners of Public Works have no plans to repair the new pier.
