A new house grant has been approved in this case and an inspection, with a view to payment of the grant, will be arranged when the applicant notifies my Department that the house is completed and occupied.

The file in this case is with the inspector for investigation and report with a view to payment of the grant. The grant will be paid when the inspector confirms that the house is occupied and that the other conditions of the grant scheme have been complied with.
