There are 64 civil servants serving in my Department who have applied for transfer to Government offices in County Galway, of whom 61 are interested in transfer to the employment exchange in Galway city and three to the employment exchange, Clifden. The earliest application for Galway city dates from May 1980 and for Clifden from June 1982.
