The work in question which consisted of the adaptation of an existing building does not qualify for grant aid.

There is no balance due to the person named who has received his full entitlement under the 1981 and 1982 headage schemes. A deduction was made from the 1982 scheme payments in order to recover an overpayment under the 1981 scheme.
