Limerick East): I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for first registration which was lodged in the Land Registry on 24 May 1983. It is being processed at present.
Applications such as this involve detailed and complex examination of title and often protracted correspondence with solicitors as well as the issue of statutory notices to interested parties which usually gives rise to further correspondence. Average delays at present in completing such cases are unlikely to be less than 12 months.
