asked the Minister for Labour if he will give details of the agricultural wages that are now effective in County Wexford and any other relevant details.

On 2 November 1983 the Labour Court made an employment regulation order fixing the statutory minimum remuneration and the statutory conditions of employment of agricultural workers. The order was made by the court on foot of proposals submitted to it by the Agricultural Workers Joint Labour Committee.

The statutory minimum rates of remuneration currently applicable to agricultural workers in County Wexford as derived from the order are as follows:

*Monthly rates are applicable only to contracts of employment for a definite period of five months or more.
