Grant approval will issue in this case on the receipt from the applicant of either planning permission (which was requested by my Department on 11 August 1982) or a letter of exemption from planning permission. As a grant has not yet been approved the question of payment does not arise at this stage.

A grant cannot be allowed in this case because the proposed works do not come within the scope of the current scheme. The applicant was so informed on 21 September 1984.

A grant cannot be paid in this case until the person named submits form SL4 (tax certificate) which has already been requested on three occasions by my Department.

The application in this case related to the installation of water and sewerage facilities in a mobile home. As these structures do not come within the scope of the house improvement scheme a grant cannot be allowed. The applicant has been so informed.
