The Revenue Commissioners have advised me that, on the basis of the information available to the inspector of taxes, the taxpayer has been correctly assessed to income tax for the current year, 1984-85. Return of income forms were issued to him by the inspector for completion but have not been returned. In the circumstances, the inspector will communicate directly with the taxpayer again in the matter.
