asked the Minister for Fisheries and Forestry if he will supply details with costings of expenditure in the public capital programme by his Department and State bodies for which he is responsible in the Dáil constituencies of Cork North Central and Cork South Central between November 1982 and January 1985; and if he will give similar details of such projects which are planned or being considered.

In so far as the Forest and Wildlife Service of my Department is concerned, expenditure under the public capital programme relates almost entirely to the overall State afforestation programme and, more specifically, to the land acquisition and forest development/management sectors. Records are not so complied as to permit a break down of such expenditure on a constituency basis.
So far as the public capital programme for fisheries is concerned, no expenditure was incurred during the period under reference by either my Department on harbours or by An Bord Iascaigh Mhara in these constituencies nor am I aware of any such projects pending or planned.
