Limerick East): This is an application for first registration which was lodged in the Land Registry on 5 July 1984. There is a long delay in finalising applications of this nature because of the complex nature of the examination of title necessary in processing them and because, also, of the large number of applications in relation to the number of staff available to deal with them. The application referred to in the question is being processed and will be finalised as soon as possible.
