I presume the question relates to the review of education and training activities carried out by the Minister of State at the Departments of Labour and Education. On the basis of the review the Minister of State has put forward a number of proposals and these proposals have been approved by Government with a view to early implementation. The future direction of all employment and training programmes will be dealt with in the White Paper on Manpower Policy to be published later this year.
