Vol. 362 No. 1

Written Answers. - Limerick National School.

201.

asked the Minister for Education the progress which has been made in relation to an application for a 16 teacher school at Milford Grange, Castletroy, Limerick.

My Department awaits a report from its inspectorate as to the present and longer term needs of the Milford Grange national school, Castletory, Limerick in terms of permanent accommodation, and will communicate with the school authorities as soon as this has been established with a view to the commencement of architectural planning. A site has been offered by the school authorities which, while generally suitable for building, has been found to be somewhat below the area stipulated for a 16 classroom school in the Department's planning data.
