A new investment aid scheme to replace the farm modernisation scheme is at present being finalised. It is not possible at this stage to indicate whether aid for rabbit production will be included in this scheme. The availability of aids for the marketing and processing of rabbit meat was dealt with in my reply to a question of 12 March last on that subject.
